East Side Real Estate Symposium Sold Out Ahead of Thursday Event

The 2026 East Side Real Estate Symposium is scheduled to take place Thursday morning at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. The event, organized by the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, has sold out, with a waitlist currently active for additional attendees.
Andrew Samwick, a Dartmouth College economist and former Chief Economist of the White House Council of Economic Advisors, is set to deliver the keynote address. The symposium will also feature panel discussions on Eastside development policy and the Wilburton corridor, along with a market presentation from commercial real estate firm CBRE.
The annual symposium brings together real estate professionals and stakeholders to discuss market conditions and development trends on the Eastside.
